We stimulate discussions in groups of 8-10 people led by a psycho-sociologist from the firm experienced in non-directive or semi-directive moderation techniques. We have set up a logistics network that allows us to organize these meetings in all territories.

Interviews allow participants to express in depth personal and intimate experiences without being confronted with the perceptions of others. We recommend this approach on topics that require great thought, creativity or that are confidential or sensitive.

Written discussions with participants on the internet from a few days to several weeks. Participants connect to the platform at their convenience, respond to our moderator’s stimuli and are encouraged to interact with each other.

Auditors pose as clients with real purchasing capacity and report observations of particular points.

The qualitative recruitment of the dedicated participants is obtained by an In-Vivo and In-Situ recruitment (for example for a public transport company our interviewers are on the buses to recruit respondents for interviews or groups, for a brand of mass retail they are on site in the shops, etc.).
